We recently engaged Ringley Law LLP for assistance with a particularly challenging commercial property purchase at auction, which involved a bridging lender. The team demonstrated exceptional dedication and professionalism, addressing all queries from the lender’s solicitors and maintaining constant communication with the seller’s solicitors. Their efforts ensured that all parties were well-informed and facilitated the negotiation of an extension for the completion date, despite delays in the conveyancing process, given the time-sensitive nature of the auction purchase. Julian and Lucy were particularly outstanding, working tirelessly to ensure the purchase was completed while maintaining high standards of professional conduct under significant pressure. Julian Ings

I have worked with Julian a number of times in the past and will always continue to do so. Several reasons. His knowledge of property law is encyclopaedic but I sort of expect that from my lawyer. His bill is always fair and astonishing value for money. The Yorkshireman in me expects that too. However neither of those things are why he is the first name to call when I have a property issue. It is simply that I can pass the ball and then forget about it. He is a totally safe pair of hands. I never have to chase. I never have to worry because I know if there is something I need to know he will always call me. So I give him the ball and I get in with things that earn me money rather than cost me money. I’m sure there are other property specialist who can do the same but I’m equally sure I will never need to find them

Julian Ings

Julian Ings and his Team Support Officer Lucy Poynter are really amazing enlightened beings. Whilst the rest of the legal fraternity appear to be still suffering from Post Covid Malaise, working part time from home, largely uncontactable and disinterested in their profession, Julian and Lucy in contrast are the Special Forces of Leasehold Strategic and Tactical Missions operating behind the lines of wording in the Lease, Statute Law and Case Law. They pull off some surprising operations and I am very grateful for the fiscal blessings achieved due to their in depth knowledge of the Esoterics of their profession.
