Gayle joined us in October 2023 as a Consultant Contentious Probate Solicitor (qualified 1999) to complement our existing services to our clients. She is a full member of ACTAPS (the Association of Contentious Trusts and Probate) and specialises in all aspects of Inheritance claim including financial provision claims, Will validity disputes and Executor Disputes. She has successfully resolved disputes for clients on Estates ranging from £200,000 to £4 million. Gayle is also an international accredited mediator (SoM) registered with the CMC and is a board member of the Association of Northern Mediators and a panel member of Northern Dispute Resolution. With some 90% of all Contentious Probate disputes resolving without a trial at court, and now with the Court’s tendency to list disputes for mandatory mediation, Gayle is well equipped to help our clients through all stages of a dispute
