Brilliant from start to finish

Jo and her team are diligent, thorough and provided me with an all round professional experience. Totally different to others I have dealt with previously. Jo and her team provide updates without asking, apologise for delays/oversights swiftly (there was only one and it was very minor) and were kind and personable in what was a difficult time for me following the death of my father. Can’t recommend highly enough.
