I chose Danielle Soames, on a recommendation, to represent me for the very recent sale of my house and the purchase of my new property. After 35 years of living in the 'family home' I knew it was time to downsize , and I was dreading the whole thing . What can I say, Danielle was amazing. I felt looked after from the moment the process started . Danielle was calm, clear and always kept me up to date and fully informed, from start to finish. The sale was more complicated than normal due to personal circumstances, something that has put me off selling for a long while, but Danielle skillfully and easily managed the issue as if it was nothing at all to worry about. I cannot find the words to express how reassured I always felt during our communications. Danielle you really are a credit to Howard and Over .The firm must be so proud to have such a high calibre employee, ticking every box , totally approachable with a lovely friendly manner and an obvious professionalism meaning I knew she had me covered for everything . I had a slight panic at the end with the chain not agreeing on completion dates but Danielle told me not to worry, very quickly sorted it with the chain and made it work to suit me. I will recommend Danielle and Howard and Over to anyone as my experience has been first class in every way. I had the opportunity to meet some of the staff in the Marsh Mills office as I had to pop in some documents and again, what a lovely friendly and professional team they are. I immediately felt welcomed and nothing was too much trouble. Thankyou Danielle , for making a process that could have been traumatic so smooth and stress free. Thankyou to the staff at the Marsh Mills Office for your friendliness and your professionalism, what a great staff team. On reflection, now I m happily sat in my new home, I almost miss the emails and contact from Danielle, the feeling of being represented by someone who really cares about you as a person , not just a customer.
