My experience with Anna Darcy was fine once she acted quickly with the lender which was sat on for nearly a month waiting for conformation. Once this was dealt with I had good and prompt response.

From start to finish, Howard & Over provided an absolutely first rate and fantastic experience. A truly first class service. Natalie Couling and her team were very easy to contact and incredibly approachable. Natalie was clear and concise from the first exchange, and made sure that I was aware of the finer detail without providing too much unnecessary information. I fully appreciated how patient Natalie was with me where I did not understand something, and she took the time to explain everything. Natalie was very quick to respond to every call or email. There was never any instance of waiting for an answer. The purchase all seemed to fly by to completion. Natalie made the process of purchasing a flat, something that can be a headache at best, very enjoyable. I cannot recommend Natalie Couling and Howard & Over highly enough.

Catherine English dealt with the Grant of Probate, and Natalie and Jasmine were super-efficient with the Conveyancing for my mum's house sale. Nothing was too much fuss. The whole process was slick and easy.

Simple no chain transaction. Misunderstood the initial request and made multiple errors even with name and address. Sent us the contracts to sign twice, having failed to register the first ones. Offered a choice of fund transfer methods only to ignore our request and then when incorrectly charged told us the other option was not available. Failed to mention the need to pay any tax within 60 days. Very disappointed service.

I have been very impressed by their professional behaviour, efficency, and reasonable charges.

Rubbish taken 11months to sort my late father's estate no communication very slow gave us a quote and added another £800 pound on the staff are friendly enough that's it I thought solicitors used to get a bad name not any more awful service

Nick Kramarenko was excellent, Very professional and helpful, there wasn't an avenue we didn't explore. His email communication was concise and to the point.
