Neema and Katie did the conveyancing work for my first property and were OUTSTANDING throughout. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Conveyancing Service – Highly Recommend Neema Somani I have been a client of Straw & Pearce Solicitors since August 2020, and my experience has been very different depending on the department. For the sale and purchase of my property, I cannot recommend Neema Somani highly enough. From start to finish, Neema provided outstanding service. Her communication was excellent—she always did what she said she would do, kept me updated throughout the process, and never left me wondering what was happening. She was professional, efficient, honest, and straightforward, which made what could have been a very stressful experience much easier. If you are looking for a conveyancing solicitor, Neema is worth every penny. I would happily recommend her to my family and friends. However, my experience with the Children Act and Financial Matters department was very different. In my personal opinion, I did not receive the same level of value or service. If your English is good and you are confident preparing your own documents, I believe you may wish to consider whether paying legal fees in those matters is worthwhile. Overall, I would highly recommend Neema Somani for conveyancing. Her professionalism, communication, and dedication were truly excellent. Thank you for all your hard work.
