As far as lawyers go you wont be disappointed
Arrested early hours and Interviewed that morning her friendly face was a blessing in disguise.
Her soft tone reassuring voice really was for me a real at such a tough time.
She understood where I was coming from and gave me solid advice.
Didn't have much contact as the police was investigating but she rang 6m later to let me know it had been nfa'd.

Alan was great, he phoned me before hand to introduce himself and chased up the claim himself as I claimed on my personal insurance. He was early to the interview and gave me good advice. He spoke up during the interview when needed and was professional at all times.

We recently instructed Hayley on a Coroner’s inquest case involving one of our members. Such cases are always difficult, but the circumstances on this occasion were made all the more difficult by the incredibly short timescales that were at play. Our member had been told that they could not be represented by their employers counsel owing to a potential conflict issue. They were afforded less than two-weeks to arrange alternative legal representation.
Despite the incredibly short time available, Hayley was able to familiarise herself with the case and provide initial legal advice to an individual who was feeling entirely confused and angry at the way they had been left without counsel at the 11th hour. Her calm and measured approach helped to reassure our member and instil confidence in them that they would be properly represented at the inquest. Hayley's swift actions ensured that our member was represented in court by counsel with extensive experience of inquests.
Hayley’s entire approach was professional, knowledgeable and reassuring. Her attention to the details of the case was remarkable given the short timescales and her client focussed efforts helped to restore the faith of a very despondent member. I am sure that Hayley’s endeavours helped our member in achieving favourable findings at the inquest.

Brilliant legal advice
I’ve had a brilliant experience with Jamie Simner as my legal representative. As I’ve said to Jamie his service has been excellent and he prepared me for my interview incredibly well. Jamie has been incredibly professional and equally as supportive post interview, keeping me updated and willing to chase matters. Without his legal advice the outcome may have been a lot different.
Having never been through something like this in the past I’m glad I had Jamie to help me through the process and advise me.
