I used Alan Ridler for a criminal interview for something that happened at work and then the lengthy gross misconduct proceedings that followed. He was highly professional, always on the ball and I honestly would have quit my job and walked away if it wasn’t for his and his teams support and guidance. I stuck with it and was rightly cleared of any wrongdoing in all aspects. I couldn’t, and wouldn’t have done it without them.
