My experience was made as swift as possible by my solicitor Jamie. Given never being in the situation I found it all quite daunting. However Jamie explained step by step all I needed to know and advised me at each stage.

I honestly couldn’t recommend Rachel enough. From the very beginning she was absolutely excellent! Proactive, professional and solid with communication. She immediately put my mind at ease, explained everything clearly and made sure I knew exactly what to expect at every stage. What should have been an incredibly stressful and daunting experience somehow felt completely manageable, and she even managed to make the whole process almost enjoyable! The outcome was also better than I could have hoped for, receiving 6 points and a relatively small fine. An absolutely fantastic solicitor who genuinely cares about her clients. If you’re looking for someone knowledgeable, reassuring and on the ball from start to finish, I couldn’t recommend her highly enough. Thank you again!
