I cannot thank Rachel enough for the outstanding representation and support provided throughout my Exceptional Hardship hearing. I was facing the very real prospect of losing my driving licence due to the accumulation of penalty points, which would have had a devastating impact on my employment, finances, and family responsibilities. From the outset, Rachel took the time to understand my circumstances, gather all relevant evidence, and clearly explain the legal process and what would be required to present the strongest possible case. The preparation was thorough, professional, and reassuring. Rachel carefully presented the evidence to the Magistrates and highlighted the wider consequences that a driving disqualification would have had, not only on me but also on those who depend on me. Her knowledge of the law and her ability to advocate effectively on my behalf gave me confidence throughout what was an extremely stressful situation. The Magistrates accepted the Exceptional Hardship application and decided that disqualification would not be appropriate in the circumstances. Whilst I received a fine and penalty points on my licence, I was able to retain my driving licence and avoid a driving ban. This outcome has made a huge difference to my family and future, and I firmly believe it was achieved through the careful preparation, professionalism, and dedication from Rachel. We cannot thank Rachel enough for the support she has given my son and our family. From the very beginning, Rachel has been absolutely brilliant. My son has ADHD and can find stressful and unfamiliar situations particularly difficult, so having someone like Rachel supporting him made a huge difference. Her response time has been exceptional, and she has been there for us even during the early hours of the morning when we were dealing with a very stressful situation. She provided excellent support and reassurance while helping my son through his police interview, helping to settle his nerves and making sure he understood what was happening. I honestly couldn’t recommend Rachel enough. From the very beginning she was absolutely excellent! Proactive, professional and solid with communication. She immediately put my mind at ease, explained everything clearly and made sure I knew exactly what to expect at every stage. What should have been an incredibly stressful and daunting experience somehow felt completely manageable, and she even managed to make the whole process almost enjoyable! The outcome was also better than I could have hoped for, receiving 6 points and a relatively small fine. An absolutely fantastic solicitor who genuinely cares about her clients.
