I have been so impressed and pleased with the service I have received from Mark. He has dealt with my case for best part of a year and he has been brilliant. He has always kept me updated with everything I needed to know and has been readily available by email and phone call if I had any worries or concerns about things. We cannot thank Rachel enough for the support she has given my son and our family. From the very beginning, Rachel has been absolutely brilliant. My son has ADHD and can find stressful and unfamiliar situations particularly difficult, so having someone like Rachel supporting him made a huge difference. Her response time has been exceptional, and she has been there for us even during the early hours of the morning when we were dealing with a very stressful situation. She provided excellent support and reassurance while helping my son through his police interview, helping to settle his nerves and making sure he understood what was happening. She was patient, understanding and took the time to explain things in a way he could understand. Her legal advice throughout has been clear, professional and extremely helpful. She has also provided excellent support and guidance throughout my son’s court case, always taking the time to explain things clearly and keeping us informed. This has been an incredibly difficult and worrying experience for our family, but Rachel’s support, professionalism and availability made a huge difference.
