I was arrested for Drink Driving, I 86 at the police station. I was charged and had to attend Machester Magistrates Court. Harvey Gahir got me off on a technicality, he is a clever & skill-full solicitor the CPS had no response to his legal arguments and therefore the court had no choice but to dismiss the case against me. Truly grateful to HG Legal 🙏🙏🙏

I had a terrible experience with them right from the beginning. They were constantly making false promises, saying everything would be fine and that I had nothing to worry about. But when things got serious, they didn't answer my calls or take any action. I was told they would do thorough research, but it turns out they didn't do anything and just hired a random lawyer to represent me in court. This lawyer didn't have any relevant information and only spoke about a small topic, resulting in me losing my case. If you value your life, please hire a professional attorney, even if it means paying a little more.
And I can definitely prove they represented me, despite any denials they may make.

I was looking at potential driving ban or 12 points and huge fine, but then Mr Harvey did his majic and brought it down to only 3 points and minimum fine.

I'm not normally a review person, but on this occasion, it is a must! I want to say a massive thank you to both Harvey & Natasha...
Harvey helped me from start to finish, and Natasha attended court. She did an amazing job! Both were extremely calm and professional throughout. Not only did they reassure me, but they also gave me that confidence i needed!
I waited 9 months to go to trial when an officer claimed I was using my mobile phone whilst driving!
Natasha did an amazing job in court. She put all her points across in a very professional/direct manner.
