Called out of hours at very short notice. Listened to my issue and gave me immediate advise and provided a solicitor the same day. All done through legal aid so no change to me. Followed up with a call to discuss the outcome. Hopefully will never need again but if I do would definitely reuse.

He built a strong, honest relationship with my nephew, guiding him through a terrifying experience with absolute integrity.
