It is hard to put into words the outstanding service Laura and her team provided to my family during the most harrowing of times. From the moment I called her in shock as my lovely dad lay dying from the awful disease that is mesothelioma (diagnoesd only a few weeks earlier) to the day our claim was successfully settled only 8 months later she and her team guided us through with such kindness and professionalism. She is not only technically excellent, she is genuinely passionate about her work in helping families like ours find some kind of accountability for the pain and suffering caused to our loved ones. In our case my dad was never able to meet Laura. I wish he could have. Laura was empathetic, efficient, responsive and knowledgeable. We trusted her completely and felt in very safe hands throughout a very difficult process. We can never thank her enough and would highly recommend her.

I am pleased we were able to bring the case to a swift conclusion, but I am so sorry for the circumstances that brought us together and that it meant I never had the opportunity to meet your dad; he sounded like a wonderful man. I wish you, your mum and sister all the best for the future. Your mum and dad were incredible for keeping hold of their old paperwork and for making notes of his former jobs.

My late husband Louis was diagnosed with this awful disease in January 2025. Laura from Boyes Turner visited us at home early in the year. Louis was initially reluctant to go ahead with a claim, Laura understood this completely and treated us both with a lot of patience and understanding. He did however change his mind and Laura started to put together his claim, very sadly he died before it was all completely finalised but it gave him a lot of comfort to know that the defendant had accepted liability and that his claim was successful. Following his death Laura visited again and guided me through the process of changing the claim to my name with great kindness. She spoke with my sister and my children and was very supportive and compassionate with them all. I really can’t thank her and her team enough, not just for the work she did for my family but for the work done for all mesothelioma victims.
