I was recommended btmk by my mortgage broker, i was put in the capable hands of Matthew clark and hazel bourke and they have both been amazing. They have been nothing but professional and proactive in getting my transaction completed in a timely manner. They have been very prompt in replying to my emails and answering my questions (theres been a lot of them) Unfortunately my first property fell through due to the other party so when i finally found another property matthew and the team sprung in to action to get this property purchase underway. Matthew knew and understood that i needed this purchase to happen quickly so he really helped get the completion done for the date i requested. The last time we moved house we used a remote conveyancer and it was a shocking service - cutting a long story short, the ombudsman refunded all the fees. This time we were recommended a local service by a good friend and it was a completely different experience. 2023 was a slow year for house sales and we were in a long 8 property chain which was on the brink of failure several times - we prepared ourselves for disappointment.. We got great advice from Matthew and Hazel that helped us navigate the challenges including assistance to improve the coordination between the 9 conveyancing teams and 8 estate agents involved. Without their first class service, clear communication and ability to build strong relationship with the agents, I don't think we would be in our dream home now - or possibly ever.
