    Couldn't have wished for anyone better

    I needed a conveyancer for my first house purchase and Sam was highly recommended to me by a friend’s dad, who had repeatedly gone back to her over the years for various sales and purchases (as had his family members and friends, upon his recommendation) and wouldn’t use anyone else. She was indeed fantastic, and I’m so thankful to have had that recommendation. Sam is very friendly and approachable, super-efficient, was very prompt at keeping me up-dated, and tenacious in chasing others up, when necessary, during the purchase process. She really knows her stuff and proffered me (being new to all this) an abundance of advice and was incredibly helpful. I relied on her skill, knowledge and professionalism a lot, and will definitely go back to her again if/when I need a conveyancer in the future. Thanks so much for everything Sam, you’ve been wonderful!

    Sam Smith was wonderful throughout our house sale and purchase. She was proactive, professional and diligent, and helped guide us confidently through what could otherwise have been a very stressful and time-sensitive process. Sam was consistently responsive to emails, clear in her communication, provided accurate, worked above and beyond to help us and gave reassuring guidance all the way.
