Sam Smith was wonderful throughout our house sale and purchase. She was proactive, professional and diligent, and helped guide us confidently through what could otherwise have been a very stressful and time-sensitive process. Sam was consistently responsive to emails, clear in her communication, provided accurate, worked above and beyond to help us and gave reassuring guidance all the way. She was also an absolute joy to speak to on the phone, which made a real difference! Without her hard work and support, I genuinely do not think we would have managed to get into our dream home. Samantha Smith dealt with the sale of our old property and the purchase of our new property and we felt like we were in incredibly safe hands from beginning to end. Anything a chain could throw at Sam our chain did - the initial buyers pulling out late on in the process, a quick re-market and re-sale, Agents and Solicitors in the chain that were incredibly difficult to deal with (with queries still being raised at the eleventh hour).................................. From the initial acceptance of our offer in June 2025, we eventually moved in to our new property in March 2026 - with Sam helping keep us calm (and sane) to completion. Sam is extremely knowledgeable and professional, whilst being completely approachable and adding the "human touch" to what would otherwise have been an incredibly daunting and stressful process. We would not hesitate to recommend Sam and the Firm of Longden Walker & Renney.
