I recall our first meeting when you told me you had already been to see top lawyers in London and every one of them had given you conflicting advice. From the outset, it was clear that yours was going to be an impossibly difficult case to win. Particularly, as you did not meet the immigration Rules for settlement. However, given your particular circumstances I was confident the Home Office could be persuaded to exercise their discretion in your favour. Spouse Visa Extension
I recently used the services of Kewalion & Co Limited to apply for an extension on my wife’s spouse Visa.
I was very impressed by the level of services and professionalism provided to me and my wife by Lakhvinder Singh (immigration solicitor dealing wife our case).
Lakhvinder was a Friendly face, who was very polite, professional and knowledgable.

Excellent service
I would have no hesitation in recommending Mr Lakhvinder Singh of Kewalion + Co to anybody. At first I felt abandoned by the English system but Mr. Lakhvinder Singh proved invaluable with his experience and knowledge of the laws of this country surrounding my case. Successful citizenship application
I can't thank Mr Singh enough for his work and support with my citizenship application. I would have struggled at the first hurdle of the HO website not recognising my home address! Mr Singh was always approachable, explained every step involved, and just made this a smooth journey for me. I'd highly recommend him for anything immigration related. Thank you, Mr Singh, from another new German-British national!
