12 months ago, I approached L&B following an horrendous 24 months perusing a claim with Admiral Law. The first person I had the pleasure to talk with at L&B was Morgan. Morgan was sympathetic, understanding and showed compassion about the awful situation I found myself in. Morgan quickly provided agreement that L&B would take on my case and arranged for an initial meeting to discuss events to date. Karen and Morgan both came to the first meeting and although only scheduled for an hour, stayed for much longer really invested and understanding the importance of my journey to be shared.
