Andrew Ford's razor sharp analysis at the outset was excellent. I asked for and was assigned Keir, and I must say he is a real gentleman and scholar. He dealt with the matter in a sensitive and empathetic manner, treating the client with due dignity and humanity; a juxtaposition to how the police dispossess people of these things in their blinkered discrimination and prejudicial abuse of power. His grasp and understanding of the situation enabled a positive swift resolution. Keir's healthy disdain of injustice serves him well in his focussed attention to lack of due processes and I have confidence his stature will grow to become the bane of nefarious police practises. I wish him well; society needs people like him on their side when at the mercy of forces of wrong with seemingly no voice or platform of readdress.

I never expected to find myself in a position of needing to find a solicitor to defend myself in what can only be described as the worst year of my life. I was falsely accused by my ex wife of three serious crimes I did not commit, being GBH, Non fatal strangulation and criminal damage. The stress involved and the worry of the unknown was crippling. Initially on making contact with Holborn Adams - which I was hesitant to do - I was immediately put at ease by Faye on the phone. She listened to my situation and promptly sent information supporting the firm and how they undergo the next steps. I opted for pre charge representation as I hadn’t been charged after my arrest and was placed onto police bail. I cannot recommend how important pre charge representation is, especially if on police bail. I was allocated Katie Lockhart as my solicitor supported by paralegal Keir Rowsell. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better pairing. Katie is a very thorough, caring and knowledgeable person and immediately I felt confident in her ability. She was always available if I had any needs or questions. Herself and Keir attended my house for our initial meeting and gathered as much information as possible to help my case. I felt as though they were a forceful team and completely on my side. The relief that came when I was issued a NFA was overwhelming and so very welcomed. I cannot put into words my thanks for Katie, Keir and Holborn Adams for how my life has returned to normal without the cloud of indecision and the unknown of a looming potential charge. If you ever find yourself in a similar position and you don’t know what to do, engage Holborn Adam’s as it will be worth every penny and you cannot put a price on freedom.
