Disappointed with the Service
I started navigating the process of a transfer of equity and purchasing a new property, I was allocated Johanna W - who was pleasant but the communication was poor and I constantly chased to try and meet deadlines. On the day of collecting the keys (I was purchasing a new build property) I hadn't heard anything from Johanna, I called numerous times without being able to get through to her. I received a call back eventually around 3PM to tell me the person who transfers the money has called in sick today. The entire, already stressful process was made a lot more stressful due to lack of communication. Johanna didn't respond to emails, sometimes over a week/two would pass. It is worth noting, I have previously purchased a property and the experience was very different. Unfortunately, I won't be recommending on the basis of the communication.
