Called to enquire about getting legal advice about a business transaction dispute, spoke to David Shipman, he seemed very interested in my case and wanted to help but advised not to spend money on legal advice as its not needed, but offered alternative solution for lower cost which I will probably take him up on. Definitely will be my lawyer of choice for future.

Relax
I met Mr Shipman after a very unsettling experience. He introduced himself and in a very relaxed way told me what would/could happen and what I would have to do. Needless to say I came from our meeting feeling much better about the future than before I met him.
The lady in reception was also very sensitive and welcoming.

excellent advice and representation
Thanks to David’s excellent representation and intervention we were able to successfully prevent a court hearing which would have resulted in a conviction. This was successfully downgraded to a police caution which was the fair and just outcome.
