Has to be my worst experience of solicitors in over 25 years in the real estate and commercial property business.. We paid lots of money to basically have no advice no information, no solicitor present in the meetings... Due to lack of information we were left 250£+ VAT for a appearance fee... absolutely joke... We were selling land at auction... and it didn't sell.. they never once told.us about if it don't sell you still get charged this... Solicitors are there to safeguard us and protect us... these are there to line there own pockets.. Be vigilant... all we dealt with was a unqualified Solicitor, basically an associate.. Be very careful.using this company's...intact Stay away.. I will never use these.. and will be telling friends and people my experience of this company.. So.so.poor

Despite Mr Pillings comments, Goddard Dunbar are still instructed to act on his behalf in this matter. Whilst dealing with this matter Mr Pilling raised a complaint which was thoroughly investigated and as a result his complaint was not upheld. Mr Pilling was not satisfied with this outcome and he has therefore been directed by Goddard Dunbar to the Legal Ombudsman. Mr Pilling has escalated his complaint to the Legal Ombudsman which will be investigated by them. Goddard Dunbar will report the Legal Ombudsman’s findings when they become available and comment accordingly.
