Lucy was brought up in the southside of Glasgow and educated at Hutcheson Grammar School, Glasgow Caledonian University and Strathclyde University. She has been in Private Practice for over 20 years’ and has also been involved in legal education holding the post of Tutor on both the Conveyancing and Property Law and Private Client courses at the University of Glasgow and currently holds the Post of Tutor in Private Client at Strathclyde University. Lucy’s experience is in property law, conveyancing, executries (probate), powers of attorney, guardianships and family law. She is also Solas Qualified. Lucy also enjoys working on novel title and boundary matters and has written an article for the Law Society of Scotland Journal on title rectification.

    Excellent service from start to finish.

    I had previously used Weaver and Waddell when I sold and purchased my new home. I was kept up-to date throughout the whole process.
