Personal Injury and cycle damage claim.
I contacted a Solicitor in Horsham to process my claim but they stated they no longer dealt with Personal Injury claims and gave me details of a previous employee, Tim Ransley, who was now working at Bennett Griffin LLP in Worthing. Following an initial discussion with Mr Ransley I requested that he process my claim. I was then contacted by Lindsey Ransley who was to handle my case.
In the ensuing months Lindsey was in constant communication with me for evidence collection, photos , documents and updates in pursuit of my claim. She negotiated a substanial increase in the settlement offer from the opposing Insurance company.
I can not praise her enough for her handling of my case . I would not hesitate to recommend the firm to anyone wishing to pursue a Personal Injury claim.

Personal Injury Against County Council
After breaking my ankle on WSCC property, Bennett Griffin took my claim on a No Win No Fee basis and explained everything fully.

Accident Claim 2021
The firm was professional from the outset and once they have agreed to take on the case they got all the relevant information required. There were delays on the medical site, not necessarily the solicitor's fault but once these were established the case was handled quickly and efficiently.
