Road Cycling Pothole Accident
From the initial contact with Lindsey Ransley at Bennett Griffin, I felt assured and confident that a she was very much on board with my case and had the experience to present a fair and compelling argument to the council for damages. From accident to payout was less than 12 months which in my experience is reasonably quick, thanks mainly to the case and evidence presented but also, it has to be said, in that the council accepted liability quickly i.e. they did not sit on it or procrastinate. Lindsey provided appropriate, clear advice and guidance where needed in a timely manner and the case was resolved, in my view, quickly and efficiently. I will definitely be using Bennett Griffin in the future should the need arise.

Tripping Accident.
Unfortunately I suffered a tripping accident due to the bad condition of the pavement close to Worthing Hospital. I actually landed in the road and was fortunate that a motor vehicle was not coming along. After sending details to Lindsey Ransley at Bennettgriffen the matter was successfully resolved.
