After leaving school and a year spent in America, Martin joined the firm and after training at the College of Law in Guildford and Chester. He qualified as a solicitor in 1975 after gaining a distinction in commercial law in the solicitors gratifying exams and has been a partner of the firm since 1977. As the Head of our Residential Conveyancing Department Martin supervises both our Nuneaton and Hinckley Conveyancing teams and ensures the firms standards are met within the department. Martin has a wide area of knowledge which allows him to deal with all types of Residential property transaction and various Commercial Property transactions. Martin primarily deals with the more complex and higher value matters upon which LDJ is instructed.
