Since the initial contact with the firm, I have never got to speak to any solicitor. My case was sent straight to a barrister who I had to communicate with until my hearing date. Solicitor did not make any case file for me which the barrister normally relies on to prepare and present the case in court. Instead, the barrister went to court seemingly really unprepared and was trying to search for some points on the internet just minutes before the hearing. I lost the appeal ultimately as the prosecution lawyer was well briefed and prepared. This firm claims to be a taxi specialist/motoring defence solicitors which is far from being true. AVOID and find better alternatives.
