Lisa Clark

Overview Lisa Clark is a dedicated Court of Protection specialist and Trainee Legal Executive, supporting vulnerable clients who lack capacity to make decisions about their personal welfare, property, and financial affairs. Working remotely as part of BHP Law’s specialist team, Lisa plays a key role in assisting solicitors with complex caseloads involving some of the most sensitive and important areas of legal practice. She is committed to ensuring that vulnerable individuals are properly represented, protected, and given a voice throughout legal proceedings. Lisa is known for her compassionate approach, strong attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high standards of client care. Experience & background Lisa has been part of the BHP Law team since November 2003, initially joining to provide secretarial and administrative support within the Industrial Disease department. Through her dedication and strong understanding of legal processes, she progressed to a Paralegal role in 2005, where she began developing hands-on experience in casework support. She has since progressed into a Trainee Legal Executive role within the Court of Protection team, where she works closely with solicitors to support the management of complex and often highly sensitive matters involving vulnerable clients. Lisa has successfully completed her final CILEX examinations and is currently completing her professional portfolio as part of her progression towards qualification as a Chartered Legal Executive Lawyer. Her work is central to ensuring that clients who may be unable to represent themselves are supported with dignity, care, and professionalism throughout legal proceedings.
