    I had the pleasure of working with Laura Hopkins regarding my motorbike accident case, which took around 1.5 years to conclude.     Swapped to Higgs following a serious motorbike accident and realised that the solicitors I was advised to use by my insurance company just didn’t have specialised knowledge of bike accidents. I’m so glad I did, they were professional, courteous and polite throughout the whole process. Laura who handled my case was great, she kept me informed at all times, responded to emails and calls promptly and made the whole process a lot less stressful than it probably would have been.
