Professional and Considerate Assistance
I was an innocent party in a car accident in October 2019, and shortly thereafter I engaged Truth Legal to assist me in my claim due to ongoing medical issues incurred in the accident. Covid hit the following March, and while I had some limited contact from my original case handlers (I think had three dedicated handlers throughout the duration of my claim), when Lucy came on board things were much more smooth, timely and productive. She was able to provide additional detail for me when required, and help me understand the process and manage expectations to what was ultimately a satisfactory conclusion. I'm very grateful for Lucy's time and assistance, and would recommend her and Truth Legal if anyone else finds themselves in a situation similar to mine.
