I had the pleasure of working with Charlene, Jackie, Alima, and Melissa at Neves solicitors in trying to sell my property. I honestly cannot recommend Charlene and the three ladies highly enough. From start to finish, their professionalism, dedication, and sheer attention to detail made what could have been a stressful process completely seamless The sale of the property was complicated and we had two buyers pulling out at the last minute meaning the house was not sold for one year and nine months. It was a very difficult period for me and my family and this experience was financially crippling, but the above mentioned staff at Neves worked with professionalism, empathy, efficiency and great communication. Despite me calling them and pestering them to oblivion they were always professional and were always knowledgeable and happy to help.
