complicated sale of a flat
My mother had a flat which,when she died could not be sold as nobody had the authority , as no one had a LPA. Kerry had to apply for probate which was further complicated by the fact that the executors to the will had all died. . Between Avi and Safiyah in the conveyancing dept and Kerry in the Probate dept, BBS managed to get all the appropriate court orders and eventually after a long time the flat has now been sold. The price quoted by each side was the price I paid at completion and there were no hidden extras. Advice was always available at the end of a phone call or emails. They were so professional and attentive to detail that I would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you BBS for a job well done.
