Property sale

Excellent communication & efficiency
Previous experiences buying/selling property has involved delays in responses which add weeks to the whole process. Hannah & Tina always answered call, replied to emails promptly and always had a great attention to detail. We would definitely use again and recommend.

Excellent service
We have used McCarthy Webb for various reasons. The first was to update my mother's will which was done by Rebecca Haywood. She explained everything very clearly and my Mother was pleased to have this worry lifted from her mind!
Sadly we then used Rebecca again recently to gain probate. There was a lot of work involved and when you have so many other matters to deal with it's a relief to have professional help from someone like Rebecca to ease the load! She is kind, professional and kept us up to speed with the progress. It was done so swiftly and made this part of dealing with the loss of our much loved mother easier. I could not recommend Rebecca and her assistant highly enough.
We are also using McCarthy Webb to deal with the sale of our mother's property, this time using Tina Webb whom again we have used before for conveyancing purposes. Tina is an absolutely lovely lady and again very professional and kind hearted.
we are so thankful to be able to have everything under one roof and to have been so well looked after. I can not praise the team enough, thank you.

Excellent experience
Sold our first home and bought our second with McCarthy and Webb. We dealt almost entirely with Hannah who provided an extremely helpful and friendly service. She and everyone were very quick to respond to emails and clearly explained everything to us. We were kept updated regularly and never felt we weren’t being looked after. Will definitely use McCarthy and Webb again.

Excellent Conveyancing Services
In less than two months, Hannah and Tina managed the purchase of my dream cottage. Not only were they extremely thorough, professional and prompt throughout the whole process, but also unfailingly charming, helpful and considerate. I have dealt with several conveyancing solicitors over the past 6 years, but none have held a candle to these two and I would certainly employ their services again and definitely recommend them to others. They are truly a credit to their profession!
