Tina, Charlotte & Rebecca supported us through the process of purchasing our first house, including deed of trust. They communicated clearly throughout and were prompt in responding to queries. Excellent attention to detail and they were proactive in chasing the other side and kept us updated at every stage, which took a lot of the stress out of what can be a fraught process. We completed on time and with no surprises. I'd happily recommend them to anyone buying or selling.
Thank you so much for the kind words and recommendation, we wish you all the best in your first home Best wishes Tina, Charlotte and Rebecca
I made an urgent enquiry to McCathy Webb just before close of business. Tina responded (after hours) to say they were unable to assist me, and supplied recommendations to other companies. The message was polite, courteous and professional. Very responsive. Thank You and I wish you well.

Having been recommended by our accountants, McCarthy Webb, specifically Tina, proved to be all that we would expect from a first class firm of solicitors: professionalism, regular brief but informative updates especially as the process got to a tricky stage, alternative named contacts if Tina was away, and general congeniality and reassurance which was much appreciated.

Dear Marilyn, it was a pleasure to work with you and your family, we look forward to being able to assist you again in the future.
Tina was our Conveyancer for our house sale/purchase and was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She is easy to get hold of and always happy to help with any questions! Things amped up quite quickly towards the end and Tina was so reassuring and efficient that we never had to worry about things getting sorted on time, you can tell she really does care about her job and her clients. Her kind nature really helped to make a stressful time significantly less so! Alongside Tina was trainee solicitor, Charlotte who was also fabulous and so so helpful. We’re really grateful to have had such a positive experience and would recommend both Tina & Charlotte without hesitation. Thank you!!!
