I was very pleased with the excellent service I received from McCarthy Webb when drawing up a new Will. The process was clear and the staff were friendly and helpful.

I was very satisfied with the service from this firm. My will was not particularly complicated but there were a few issues which I did not fully understand, these were all explained and a couple of additional matters which I had not considered were discussed. I think the most telling point was that I felt that I was given the same care and attention as someone who had a much more complex situation which may have generated substantial income for the firm. This is to be commended.

I received sensitive and positive guidance

My partner and I had wills made. They were very prompt with all their responses, easy to find the offices and easy to park. The receptionist was courteous and helpful and our solicitor was easy to discuss things with and was professional throughout.

Our family has used McCarthy Webb for several years since they moved in to their office opposite my parents' house! Sadly with 3 family deaths in 6 years, we have had to call upon them more than we'd like to but everyone has been extremely efficient and very sensitive to our needs.
At such a difficult time, Rebecca has, once again, helped us navigate through the minefield of IHT, probate etc. and has always been quick to answer questions and do her best to solve any issues that have arisen.
