Entirely professional and practical. We also dealt a lot with Amy Potts who was equally responsive. When it came to settlement, Zainab made sure that payments proceeded like clockwork.
As a result of this work, we have reappointed Zainab on another property transaction.

We chose FBC Manby Bowdler for our conveyancing as we had used the Wolverhampton office previously and were pleased to find there was a local office in Redditch. Unfortunately, we were not made aware that the work would be carried out by the Wolverhampton office. Initially we were using the online app, but this was withdrawn, so all communication had to be done by email or phone. The communication was generally OK, but could have been better,
