They worked quietly with the FRCS and did not stress me out with endless requests for information. They recovered the full amount invested. I obviously had to pay their commission but without their help I would not have received anything.

Excellent service
These people communicated — such a vital aspect when undergoing a rather stressful procedure. They obtained for me everything for which I claimed, while withdrawing their percentage (rather a big one, but worth it altogether).

Thank you for your review. We understand that it can be frustrating when matters take a long time to resolve. Unfortunately when dealing with the Financial Ombudsman matters do take years rather than months due to the backlog of claims that they deal with.
