I found it hard to find a solicitor/company that would take on my case even though the Estate was largish and there was a good chance of improving the tiny amount I was to inherit. Jared listened seriously to my situation and I should proceed on a No Win No Fee agreement with Edwards Hoyle Ltd. My full brother later joined me to fight our half sister who stood to gain most of the Estate. It was personally hard for us to go through our WHOLE lives but we put together a strong case which Jared put to the other side, mediation followed about a year later but did not go well. Prior to a full court case an offer was made to us, less than what we both wanted and not very fair but we decided to accept to avoid more distress ALL round. Only possible I found with help from this company as time was against us after probate, but in the end we won and the costs were taken care of in the settlement, thus our lives will be vastly improved in our latter years.
