Lisa Burton-Durham is a Chartered Legal Executive and Resolution trained Collaborative Lawyer. She is a Director and head of the Brighton team,. She joined Family Law Partners from a regional firm where she had been for over 20 years having been attracted to joining a dedicated Family Law team.
Lisa is a member of Resolution and in accordance with its principles she is committed to working in a constructive and non-confrontational way. This led to her desire to become collaboratively trained. Her aim is always to find positive solutions and outcomes for her clients and their children. Lisa always takes a sensitive approach and has a clear understanding of the emotional difficulties involved in separation for everyone involved. She has a very approachable and reassuring manner.

Compassionate approach
I cannot thank you enough for your support over the last few years. It has been a prolonged and distressing process, but you kept me sane in the darkest periods, and I am very grateful for your no-nonsense but compassionate approach, which made it all a bit easier to cope with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to anyone. Although I wouldn't wish the situation on my worst enemy, you help make it less traumatic
