Laura completed her undergraduate degree in Politics at the University of Leeds. Whilst studying Politics, Laura also studied several law modules including War Crimes and Genocide and Forensic Psychology. She then went on to study her Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course with a Masters in Law, Business and Management at the University of Law, attaining Distinctions in both. Whilst at the University of Law she volunteered with the National Centre for Domestic Violence. She volunteered on a weekly basis interviewing clients and drafting statements to assist clients to obtain non-molestation orders and occupation orders. Laura started as a paralegal in the family department in September 2017 at the Esher office. Laura gained experience in matrimonial matters, care proceedings and private children proceedings. Whilst in Esher, she also assisted the private client department drafting Wills, lasting powers of attorney and dealing with the administration of estates. She began her training contract in April 2018 and continued her training in the family department in the Ashford office.

Amazing!

Excellent service provided by Owen white & Catlin , Laura Noakes was so professional and very calm giving me and my daughter the best advice support needed through my struggles and stressful times fighting for the correct cause , she provided me with first class barristers and would definitely recommend the whole team 100% , My daughter has settled in well to her new school and is doing really well, her anxiety is very little , she also has good contact with her mother , thanks again 😊
