    I have been dealing with Helen Hotten for eleven years now, dealing with changes to my will, buying and selling property, and other legal matters and I always found her very easy to deal with.     I first used Howell Jones in late 2024 and received excellent professional assistance from Helen Hotten in establishing P.O.A. for myself and my wife.     I have just changed my will again following a large bequest from a good friend who died last year. Once again I dealt with Helen Hotten at Raynes Park, a wonderful lady whom I have known and worked with for very many years, always benefitting from her advice, expertise. attention to detail and personal empathy. We have been together through deaths and wills, house sales and purchases, deeds of variation, LPAs, plus advice and guidance on other legal matters. She is an absolute rock!
