Just great from day one
I found the whole process of dealing with Ansons Solicitors at their Cannock offices very straight forward . Both Jenna & Louise were always on hand to answer any queries I had over my house sale and purchase, and believe me, I had some questions at times ! They are both efficient , friendly, and understand that the whole process can be quite stressful at times and both communicate with you in a way that answers what you ask . Nothing has ever been too much trouble for them . What I really liked though is their clear, concise tariff that Ansons set out from the very beginning of the whole process . If there are any extra charges then you are told the cost and you are communicated with . As the completion date approached both Louise and Jenna were extremely supportive and reassure you everything is on track . I’d have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Ansons, as from my own experience, they on many occasions were my complete support through the whole process of both sale and purchase.
