Really quick response time once our solicitor was actually assigned
Kristel was great - really efficient, replied promptly to our queries. However, before she was allocated our paralegal was often quite slow to respond and it felt like we were chasing him. Some simple things were missed and then panicked asked for towards the end - for example, we were selling the house as Executors and the certificate of probate and death certificate were not requested until weeks before the sale.

Professional, responsive, friendly service
Kristel has managed three conveyances for me, and none of them have been straight forward. She is diligent and takes her client duty of care seriously, and I quickly gained confidence she was representing my best interests throughout. I have no hesitation recommending and thank you!

Conveyance
My solicitor Kristel was extremely thorough and courteous throughput the process. Her performance was excellent, however communication was hampered at times by the lack of a direct phone line to her.
