Really quick response time once our solicitor was actually assigned

Kristel was great - really efficient, replied promptly to our queries. However, before she was allocated our paralegal was often quite slow to respond and it felt like we were chasing him. Some simple things were missed and then panicked asked for towards the end - for example, we were selling the house as Executors and the certificate of probate and death certificate were not requested until weeks before the sale.

Had a very positive experience. I used Nicholls for the sale of my property late last year, and again for the recent purchase of my new home. Both times the process took less than 2 months, granted they were both cash transactions but still very smooth and quick turnarounds.
