Conveyancing
First time buyer, the clarity and information Laura provided were amazing and helped put my mind at ease with straight forward information and excellent price structuring that made it simple to understand my fees and where my money was going. Excellent Service
I have recently used Maples Solicitors for a house sale for a deceased family member. Excellent Traditional Service
In this day and age it comes as a shock when a firm of solicitors provide excellent service and display good old fashioned traditional values. To be able to email or phone and get straight to the person needed is sadly a thing of the past. And all at fair prices. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Conveyancing and property sale
Laura at Maples Solicitors recently acted for as for a double property sale and redemption of 3 mortgages. The whole process was handled professionally and very well at all stages. There were a few added complications, but nothing became a problem, and as we had in the past, everyone we had contact with was polite, friendly and courteous. Maples come across as caring about their clients and I would thoroughly recommend their services.
