You walked in our office and spoke with our staff while Mr. Khalid Khokhar (solicitor) was away. You explained that your spouse is on a Post-Study Work (PSW) visa and that you are in the UK as her dependent, with your visa expiring on 7 August 2025. You specifically asked the staff whether we could arrange Skilled Worker sponsorship for you. The Staff clearly informed you that we do not arrange sponsors. When you continued to ask questions, you were advised that a formal consultation would be required. You agreed to pay our consultation fees of £60 plus VAT. Once Mr. Khalid Khokhar was available, you paid £72 and your consultation took place with him directly. During the meeting, you explained your immigration status and asked about available visa options. Mr. Khalid Khokhar advised that you or your spouse could switch to a Skilled Worker visa if a legitimate sponsor is secured. You then again asked whether we could arrange a sponsor or refer you to an agent who could. Mr. Khalid Khokhar clearly informed you that this would be unlawful and that we do not offer or support such services. You also inquired about the possibility of a business visa, and you were informed that no such route is currently available.
