Fantastic firm! Elsa was absolutely incredible during our house purchase and we wouldn't have moved if it wasn't for her persistence and expertise. The communication was excellent and even though we asked hundreds of questions she was always happy to discuss and advise!

The best
We have been doing business with VC law for a number of years now, I couldn’t recommend them enough.
Elsa, is absolutely fantastic, very fast in replying and giving information, getting the jobs over the line efficiently and fast. We couldn’t have gotten any better solicitors.

Excellent Service
Our experience with VC Law was excellent Elsa kept us up to date all the way through our remortgage and answered any questions we needed to know, she was always polite and nothing was to much bother.I would highly recommend this company there service was fast and efficient we would definitely use them again.

Second house purchase
VC Law was recommended to me to purchase my second house. After selling my first house and having another solicitors deal with this my experience with VC Law was a much better service.
Elsa corresponded regularly with me throughout the whole process. She was very approachable and often made me aware that if I had any queries I could get in touch with her. I believe the process was completed as quickly as possible and Elsa always followed through with any promises to get back in touch with me or call me at a more convenient time, this was something I had not previously experienced with other solicitors. Purchasing a house can be daunting and emails can often be full of jargon, Elsa never made me feel like any questions I had were unreasonable or not relevant which was something that made me feel at ease.
All in all the service I received was without any problems and I would 100% recommended VC Law and will use them again in the future if need be.

As A UK Non resident property buyer i was much impressed with the professionalism,speed of email contact,execution of enquiries and administration coupled with business advice.

Exceptional Service
We have used the services of VCL on 3 occasions now both to purchase properties and to sell one after probate. Both Suzanne Cosgrove and Elsa Sheeran have been our points of contact both of whom have been flawless, acting with honesty integrity and persistence. providing regular contact throughout, particularly whilst dealing with a sellers obstructive Solicitor. ( who I am not allowed to name but happened to be the seller himself ) I can't sing their praises high enough. A model for all Solicitors to follow

Conveyancing
Definitely a 5 star rating for VC Law. Excellent service from the start to end of the process. Elsa was exceptional in her handling of enquiries and responding to queries. All went smoothly and was handled extremely efficiently and professionally. I would definitely recommend using this firm.

Excellent service
My husband and I recently used VC LAW to help with the purchasing of our first home. The service was outstanding from Susanna and Elsa. We will definitely use again and highly recommend. They where efficient, professional, friendly and kept us upto date every step of the way. They made everything less stressful and we even got a little welcome to your new home card. This was a nice touch! Much appreciated.

Fantastic from start to finish
James and Elsa were absolutely fantastic! From my first conversation with Elsa on day one right up to completion both James and Elsa kept me updated and overcome any hurdles that arose. They took extra care and time in explaining everything in great detail. Excellent service from start to finish
James and Elsa are simply the best. They assisted us in our recent sale and purchase and were quick to respond and kept us in the loop the whole way through. They were very friendly and approachable, a breath of fresh air. They even managed to get us completed before midday on a very bust last Friday of the month. Thank you! We can't recommend you highly enough.
