Second house purchase

VC Law was recommended to me to purchase my second house. After selling my first house and having another solicitors deal with this my experience with VC Law was a much better service.

Elsa corresponded regularly with me throughout the whole process. She was very approachable and often made me aware that if I had any queries I could get in touch with her. I believe the process was completed as quickly as possible and Elsa always followed through with any promises to get back in touch with me or call me at a more convenient time, this was something I had not previously experienced with other solicitors. Purchasing a house can be daunting and emails can often be full of jargon, Elsa never made me feel like any questions I had were unreasonable or not relevant which was something that made me feel at ease.

All in all the service I received was without any problems and I would 100% recommended VC Law and will use them again in the future if need be.

Went into VC Law today to ask if they could quickly sign a passport sized photo of myself to confirm true likeness of the photo to myself, as required to be signed by a solicitor for an application I am making to a council. I was met with an assistant or receptionist who asked the solicitor if this was okay, to which the solicitor replied ‘is he a client’ which I wasn’t. So I was met with a no. Couldn’t take 10seconds out of his day to help someone with something very small. Either he thinks he’s too important or I’m not important enough. Funnily enough we were met with something similar back in September as we needed witness to a document for a property deal. As a business and property solicitor he doesn’t realise he has just lost VC Law some potential future business. Well done.
