Victoria has worked in the legal sector since she was 16. Working initially as an office junior, she progressed through legal secretary and paralegal before qualifying as a member of the institute of Legal Executives in 1997 and being admitted as a fellow in 1999. Victoria specialises in all aspects of Family Law, including divorce, finances, domestic abuse, the Children’s Act and mediation. Victoria joined Susan Howarth & Company in January 2005 and was appointed a Director in 2017. Ranked as a Leading Partner in the Legal 500 and a Band 3 Lawyer in Chambers & Commerce, Victoria is a Resolution-trained Mediator, a Resolution Accredited Specialist in Domestic Violence and Children Law (private), an FMC Accredited Family Mediator (all issues) and is the practice Supervisor for CQS accreditation.     Excellent service

    I highly recommend this solicitors as i feel they go above and beyond to help with any issues that arise.I have gone through my separation from my partner to sorting my finances and court appearances to then selling my house doing the conveyances and with my case being complex i.e not amicable with my ex then not many solicitors will do this but Susan Howarth are excellent and professional.I would highly tell anyone to use this firm 100%.Thank you it has been a long road from start to finish but we got there in the end with help from you so i want to thank you all for what you have done i could not of done it without you

    Could not have got through it without her

    I cannot recommend highly enough Vicky Poole. I simply could not have got through my divoirce without her. She was fantasitic from day 1. I explained ths situation and she knew straight away the best way to handle it, and it became very evident very quickly she was right. She genuinely had my best interests at heart throughout the whole process. I will always appreciate what she has done for me, she was very clear, very honest, I knew exactly what was going on and that's what I needed. I did also feel very protected and knew I was in safe hand and that confidence made everything so much easier. Her experience showed time and time again, I followed her advice at every step and she didnt let me down. She 100% knows her stuff. I cannot recommend highly enough.
