Vic expertly defended an estate claim
Vic was superb in dealing with an estate claim made against concerning probate etc.
Vic offered sound advice, ensuring everything was understood and the different options available to us along with his recommendation.
Vic recognised that the case in hand was an extremely emotive situation, and managed the case professionally and emphatically throughout.
We actually changed solicitors from another as we were unhappy with the lack of communication and a feeling of this wasn’t important to them, Vic was the opposite and we would without doubt recommend him to others

Advice in relation to a trust estate.
Vic Younis is an excellent litigator. He has a good knowledge of the law and excellent strategic judgement. The matter he handled for me was a difficult trust dispute. The outcome was very favourable and his fees were appropriate. I would strongly recommend him for any similar disputes.
