This was not the first time we have used Napthens to assisit in our house move. This time was to purchase a house and we used the Lytham office, looked after by Sally Calvert and Greg. Sally set out expectations from the first call and maintained that. Communications were outstanding, never being avoided and always answered promptly. If any days were going to be taken as leave, Sally informed us and greg was available in Sally's absence. if you need a professional conveyance solicitor then please go to Sally at Napthens. While we are all encouraged to write reviews. 99% of the time I do leave feedback it is excellent. Without a shadow of doubt, I would not have moved into my new house without the continued commitment, perseverance and sheer tenacity of Sally and her Team. Sally was proactive in providing meaningful updates so I understood the complexities of the transaction in a real life way, removed any jargon and I had full confidence that the work being undertaken on my file was dealt with the same care and compassion as if Sally and team where buying their own property. People say moving house is stressful, but i can honestly say that the only part of the process that wasnt stressful was my conveyancing, due to Sally. I couldnt recommend her more highly!
