Myself and my sister came to speak to Gavin about a serious offence that my nephew/ my sisters son had been convicted of. Gavin understood our concerns, listened and also took his time to give us clear advise. He was straight to the point which is how i think it should be. He also went over his time by another hour in which he didnt charge us for. All of his staff had gone home by the time we had finished talking. He also wanted us to let him know how the outcome went. Gavin is one of a high spec solicitors from the moment you walk in to the minute you leave.
